LaKesha Womack is a nationally recognized leadership strategist, brand consultant, and organizational growth expert helping businesses, nonprofits, and faith-based institutions strengthen their vision, strategy, and impact. As the Founder and Lead Strategist of Womack Consulting Group, LaKesha partners with organizations worldwide to build high-performing teams, develop emotionally intelligent leaders, and design strategic plans that drive sustainable results.

With nearly twenty years of experience in strategic planning, brand development, and executive leadership coaching, LaKesha brings a powerful blend of data-informed insight and human-centered strategy. She specializes in helping emerging, evolving, and mission-driven organizations improve team dynamics, clarify their brand identity, and implement actionable growth strategies.

LaKesha is the author of more than 20 books and a former contributor to Forbes.com and the Newsweek Expert Forum, where she shared expertise on leadership, financial literacy, and organizational development. She also co-hosts The Politics of Jesus Podcast, engaging national thought leaders in conversations on justice, faith, policy, and community transformation.

In addition to her consulting work, LaKesha serves as Chief Strategy Officer for ASPIRE Community Capital, advancing innovative programs that support under-capitalized small business owners and strengthen local economic ecosystems. Her leadership includes service as the Founder of #RethinkingChurch Strategies, the Charlotte Business INClusion Advisory Committee, and the Legacy League Inc. Board. She was recognized in 2025 as a Southeast Woman in Fintech Award honoree.

A graduate of Vanderbilt University, LaKesha is currently pursuing her Master of Legal Studies at Vanderbilt Law School, expanding her expertise in law, policy, and economic equity.
